The HeartWise plan provides a lump-sum benefit upon the first-ever diagnosis of specified conditions and events within the Heart/Stroke category. The following optional riders are available for additional cost: Critical Condition Rider; Heart Attack & Stroke Recurrence Rider; and Wellness Rider.		The HospitalWise plan pays a daily benefit for each day of confinement in a hospital due to sickness or injury for non-seniors and seniors. Additional benefits include Hospital Observation and a Mental or Nervous Disorder Benefit.
